In this participatory performance, the artist carries an exaggerated canvas backpack, walks, rests, and interacts with the public, inviting dialogue and gestures to undo and reassemble repurposed fibers into a secondary, three-dimensional poetic response. The oversized backpack, measuring 32"x28"x12", is filled with deconstructed hospital scrubs, naturally dyed gauze, and text anchors. The performance includes listening to the sounds of fiber being torn and conversations between strangers as they twist and knot the fibers.
