This social practice experiment allows artists and people to name a harm they endured and contribute ideas toward a strategy of repair, as opposed to a company’s corrective action plan that outlines steps to take to resolve an action interfering with their business operations. When organizations use these, they can begin to streamline their workflow and correct errors, but often this feels punitive to the employee. Additionally, they fail to address the employee's human needs, making them feel dehumanized, overlooked and devalued which leads to some harm. Ironically, there isn’t a corrective action plan for institutions and organizations.
