This performance piece involves a free-standing, fluid, enclosed netted space made of red-painted Kibiso silk, hanging from a circular steel ring. The waveforms of the silk are hand-embroidered using a buttonhole stitch without a needle or substrate. Participants can stand inside the waveform while the artist plays healing instruments such as a Himalayan Singing Bowl, Tuning Forks, or Chimes from outside the net. The project invites contemplation and healing within a carefully crafted space.
