Through this mobile interactive booth, the artist invites passersby to write a brief prescription of care and receive one in exchange. Limited nourishing gift cards from local businesses are also included. Svetvilas is adorned with the prescription bottles used for the exchange from her headdress to her floor-length skirt, as she invites you to consider what non-medical care and support mean to you. Recognizing our interdependence and the need for collaborative care can prevent a future mental health crisis. Sustainable community care begins with our connections with each other. The Community Care Exchange is a giveaway that you give back to! We are all interconnected. Participate and show that you care! You receive what you give!
